Reports to: Marketing Strategy Manager

You will be responsible for delivering a high volume of diverse graphics projects with rapidly shifting priorities. We’re looking for a range of design and creative capabilities, which include:  
  • Attend brainstorming sessions with the marketing team for new products, innovative content ideas (videos, images, angles, etc…) for all campaign launches.
  • Help to identify key video assets that will help drive long-term success on Facebook Ads, Snapchat, YouTube and more.
  • Learn digital asset management platforms and how to effectively share assets with large groups.
  • Research new products we launch and establishing a research template that can be used company-wide.
  • Attend meetings on Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, Product Launches, and more.
  • Assist in Content QA’ing various assets before they are pushed live.
  • Work with the Web Optimization team to prep, analyze, and report on all optimizations.
  • Assist in day-to-day product management such as out-of-stock, international expansion, new product imagery, and more.
  • Liaise with various managers, team members, and outside agencies on design, copy, video, and more.
  • Assist Creative Team Manager with time tracking initiatives.
  • Identify and present innovative and creative initiatives to drive sales and improve customer experience with the aim of exceeding sales targets.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a high level of technical ability, passion for design and a desire to improve and innovate existing assets to raise the quality bar.  
  • Undergraduate Marketing, Business, or related degree.
  • Familiar with basic marketing principles – target segmentation, category, value proposition, positioning, and brand strategy.
  • Some experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, web strategy, and optimization.
  • High-attention-to-detail, flexibility, follow-through and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure; efficiently deal with multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Adapt successfully to change in a cutting-edge, emerging environment.
  • Service-oriented individual with high energy and a positive and friendly demeanor.
